La Liga Weekend roundup (Day 9)

On Saturday Barcelona beat Osasuna 3-0 on Saturday and moved up to 6th place in the league. 2 Goals from Eto'o and a late goal from Giuly sealed the 3-0 win for the Champions. Sevilla also beat Alaves 2-0 on saturday.

Sunday saw suprise outfit Getafe score 4 times in the first half, to beat Zaragoza 5-2 and go back to the top of the league.

Real Madrid took on Valencia in Madrid, where the game was full of incidents. Zidane missed a penalty early on in the game, and Baraja put Valencia in the lead with a freekick. The in form Raúl then equalized but 2 minutes later David Villa scored a penalty to put Valencia back in the lead before half time. Real Madrid ended the game with 9 men, with Graveson getting sent off with 8 minutes to play, and David Beckham continues in his tradition of getting 2 yellow cards in the space of a minute and getting sent off.
